Digital products

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, completed digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where OBA confirms an exception.

Services

If a service project has not started, contact OBA as soon as possible to discuss cancellation and any refundable balance. Once work has begun, refunds may be adjusted to account for work already completed, approved expenses and third-party costs.

Problems with an order

If a file is missing, corrupted or materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or correction.
